APPRAISALS

With a Masters in Fine Art, comprehensive training in Appraisal Studies, and over 20 years in the arts, Amie Potsic provides independent, professional appraisals of the highest quality for public and private clients.  Her areas of expertise include Post-War and Contemporary Art, Emerging Art, and Vintage and Contemporary Photography.

Appraisals are offered for legacy and estate planning, insurance, gift and estate tax, charitable contributions, collateral loans, and financial planning.  Research and vetting of potential sales and purchases are also available services.

Ms. Potsic earned an MFA in Photography from the San Francisco Art Institute and BA’s in Photojournalism and English Literature from Indiana University, where she graduated with Distinguished Honors and a member of Phi Beta Kappa honor society. In addition to further education in business and leadership, she also successfully completed the Comprehensive Appraisal Studies Program (CASP) of the Appraisers Association of America in New York and is Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) compliant. Ms. Potsic is an Associate Member of the Appraisers Association of America.
