The Inaugural Exhibition of The Monalog™ Collective will feature seven photographers who are well known for their darkroom and traditional photographic expertise and is curated by Amie Potsic, CEO and Principal Curator of Amie Potsic Art Advisory, LLC.  The photographers’ work highlights landscapes, portraiture, and architecture utilizing historical darkroom printing techniques that surprise and delight.  Their printing processes include:  Platinum/Palladium, Silver Gelatin, Carbon Transfer, and Kallitype. The photographers in the exhibition are Rob Tucher, Michael Marks, Jim Fitzgerald, Melvin Evans, Martin Frank, David Haas, Peter Schrager, and Phil McAuliffe.

“Living in a world saturated with digital imagery, it is such a joy to present photography created with historical photographic processes, which emphasize the tactile aspects of photography and hands-on approaches”, explains curator Amie Potsic.

About The Center for Monochrome Photography (CAMP) and Last Look Gallery:
The Center  for Analog and Monochromatic Photography (CAMP) was established to support the healthy existence of  black and white film photography and traditional printing processes and to serve as a home to those that wish to work in this wonderful medium. In support of this mission, CAMP provides a range of learning opportunities including workshops, lectures and critiques, and houses a fully functioning black and white darkroom available to the public. The Last Look Gallery presents the work of talented and important black and white analog photographers. CAMP is the only organization of its type, serving the Lehigh Valley and the broader black and white analog communities by bringing together like-minded photographers and supporting their growth and engagement with others through education programing and photographic exhibits. CAMP and Last Look Gallery provide opportunities to work with photographers individually and through collaborative activity.
